Our rent payment policies are straightforward, offering convenient payment methods and clearly defined timelines to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process for our tenants.

Rent Payment Instructions

HouseMax Pro Realty is committed to making rent payments as simple and hassle-free as possible. With busy schedules and daily demands, we aim to provide convenient options to help you stay on track with your rent payments.

Payment Details

  • Due Date: Rent is due by the 1st of each month.
  • Late Fee: Payments received after the 5th are considered late, and a late fee (as outlined in your lease) must be included.

Payment Methods

We offer multiple ways to pay your rent:

  1. Mail a Check: Send your payment to the address below. Please ensure it is mailed at least three days before the end of the previous month to arrive on time.
  2. Zelle Transfer: Contact us for instructions to send your payment via Zelle.
  3. Direct Deposit (Preferred): Deposit your payment directly into our rental checking account for the fastest and easiest option.

Move-In / Move-Out Procedures

Attention to detail during tenant move-ins and move-outs is essential for ensuring a smooth process and preventing misunderstandings for both property owners and tenants. Our clearly defined procedures are designed to benefit all parties involved.

Move-In Process

  • Tenants can move in on the first day specified in their lease.
  • Before moving in furniture, a walk-through must be conducted with our management team to complete the Move-In/Move-Out Property Condition Checklist.
  • During the walk-through, tenants should note any existing maintenance issues or property conditions.
  • This checklist will also be used during move-out to identify any damages beyond normal wear and tear, so documenting everything at move-in is highly recommended.

Move-Out Process

  • To qualify for a deposit refund, tenants must participate in the move-out walk-through with management, during which the property will be inspected for any issues that could lead to partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
  • All personal belongings must be removed from the property (including curbside trash & garbage by the end of the last day of the lease.
  • Any items left behind will be disposed of by management, and costs associated with disposal may be deducted from the deposit.

Important Notes

  • Carefully review your lease agreement, as it outlines the binding procedures for move-ins and move-outs. Some updates or additional procedures may not be listed here.

By following these steps, we aim to ensure a seamless and transparent process for all parties involved.

Application Instructions

Downloadable application (below) to be completed by all potential tenants over the age of 18 years of age. Please include a copy of photo ID(s) and income verification (i.e. pay stub etc) with application(s). 

 Minimum qualifications require at least 2.5x income of monthly rental amount and no evictions

Application fee can be Cash, Zelle or via PayPal to accompany full application(s) $65.00 for each applicant –18 years or older -  application fee is non-refundable. This fee must be paid by cash , Zelle or PayPal.  Once you have completed the application documents send via email to (realtorkaren321@gmail.com).  Credit and background checks will be performed only once application and fees are both received from potential tenant(s). 

Upon acceptance of applicant(s) application there will be a $ 100.00 lease prep fee along with the required first months rent and security deposit and any other required fees.
